All of our meals are perservative free and have a fridge life of 4 days. They can also be frozen but must be defrosted for 24 hours before cooking as normal. Should you not wish to freeze your meals, we do offer additional deliveries but these are chargeable. Please email info@prepperfect.co.uk to arrange extra delivery slots.
