The Ultimate Biscoff Baked Oats Recipe

Huge biscoff fan? Have we got something special for you! These lotus biscoff baked oats are the perfect filling breakfast or post-gym snack. Coming in at around 330 calories (depending on which type of milk you use), biscoff baked oats are a delicious treat no matter what diet you’re following. 

Granted, they’re not the healthiest, but forming a good relationship with food is all about including the things you love in your diet rather than falling into the habit of restricting. Try not to see food as ‘good’ or ‘bad, and start seeing it as fuel instead.

Plus, baked oats honestly taste like cake! And who doesn’t love the thought of cake for breakfast? Ready in just 20 minutes, here’s how to make the biscoff baked oats: 


  • 40g oats
  • 7g light hot chocolate powder (or a tablespoon of cocoa powder)
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • A drizzle of honey
  • 80ml of milk (we used soya)
  • 15g of biscoff spread
  • 1 biscoff biscuit


  • Glass pyrex jug or large bowl
  • Blender
  • Oven-proof dish 

How to make biscoff baked oats

  1. Preheat your oven at 180°. Add the oats, chocolate powder, baking powder, honey, and choice of milk to a bowl or jug. 
  2. Blend the ingredients and pour them into an oven-proof dish. 
  3. Place the dish in the oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Once your oats are done, melt your biscoff spread in the microwave for 30 seconds. Pour it over your oats and top it off with a crushed biscoff biscuit.
  5. Enjoy!
