Delicious Raspberry And White Chocolate Baked Oats Recipe

Our Biscoff baked oats went down a storm last month, so we thought we’d whip up some delicious raspberry and white chocolate baked oats for you to try too! We know porridge oats aren’t for everyone, especially their texture, but blend and bake them in the oven and you’ve pretty much got yourself a cake for breakfast.

These baked oats are super filling, sweet, and easy to make. You’ll probably have most of the ingredients lying around in the kitchen too, making them perfect for a spot of baking on a lazy Sunday morning. And if you’d prefer to keep them on the lighter side, you can always leave out the chocolate chips and just stick to the fruit instead. Either way, this delicious treat only takes 20 minutes in the oven and the whole family will love it.

Ingredients (For 1 Serving)

  • 40g oats
  • A handful of raspberries
  • 7g white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2s tsp of baking powder
  • 80ml of milk (we used soya)


  • Glass pyrex jug or large mixing bowl
  • Hand blender
  • Oven-proof dish

How To Make Raspberry And White Chocolate Baked Oats

  • Preheat your oven at 180°. Add the oats, vanilla extract, baking powder, and milk to your bowl.
  • Blend the ingredients and pour them into an oven-proof dish.
  • Add your white chocolate and raspberries.
  • Place them in the oven for 15 minutes (or until a knife comes out clean)
  • Enjoy!
