Peppered Sirloin Steak

The perfectly pink and juicy sirloin steak, is not only magnificently mouth-watering and topped up with flavoursome seasoning, it’s completely crammed with a generous amount of nutrients.

Sirloin is considered a to be a very lean cut of beef, largely void of fat. It’s low on carbs and high in protein, making it a great addition to any low-carb diet plan. The steak is what’s known as a complete protein, containing all the essential amino acids that the body can’t produce by itself.

Multiple minerals are also present within sirloin steak, including immune boosting selenium, and zinc, along with bone strengthening phosphorus. The generous amount of protein it contains, will also be beneficial for cell rebuilding, immune function, muscle growth and more.

Our soft a flavoursome tarragon potatoes a full of fiber, which can help decrease cholesterol in the blood, to help lower the risk of heart disease. Plus the added tarragon gives them and the rest of the dish a unique and intense flavour, to enhance all the healthy goodness.

Caramelised onions

Enhancing the taste of the sirloin steak are the sweet and tender, caramelised onions, which surprisingly can contain almost all the nutrients needed by the body on their own.

They contain calcium, antioxidants, fiber, and a good amount of vitamin C – plus they’re low in calories, have no fat and a pretty much 80% water, making them a great body boosting addition to the overall meal.

Roasted butternut squash

Last but not least, the dish is complete with our sweet, scrumptious, roasted butternut squash.

Not only is butternut squash loaded with even more nutrients, it’s also low on calories, and high in water and fiber content, which can all help with weight loss.
