Can I amend an order once it has been placed?
Yes certainly, please email [email protected] providing the order hasn’t been dispatched.
I want to order a meal plan but I'd like to change some of the dishes?
That’s fine – at Prep Perfect our meals are completely customisable. Specify what you would like swapped in the special request box at checkout and we will prepare your order accordingly. It’s that simple!
What is the macro and nutritional information for each meal option?
The macros & nutritional information for every dish and meal plan can be found on each meal’s product page. We also label this information on each of the dishes when they are sent out.
Do you cater for medical conditions, IBS, Allergies, Intolerances?
We can adapt meals and meal plans with your guidance to suit your requirements. Please specify minor changes and allergies in your order notes or email [email protected] with specific requests.
Do you cater to Halal?
Yes we are a certified supplier of Halal Produce, please state this requirement in your order notes at checkout.
Do you offer a totally vegetarian plan?
We can certainly accommodate for a totally vegetarian plan, simply email your request to [email protected]

STORAGE AND EATING

Do your meals arrive fresh or frozen?
All of our meals arrive fresh.
How do I store the meals and how long do they last for?
3 days refrigerated after delivery due to the ingredients being so fresh with no preservatives. Meals can also be frozen for up to 8 weeks.
Can the meals be eaten cold without re-heating?
Yes, excluding rice dishes however we’d recommend that you eat after heating.
I’m worried that my order hasn’t reached me at the right temperature?
If you have ANY doubts, do NOT attempt to consume the product and contact us immediately. We will endeavour to reply quickly but if the reply is delayed – do NOT consume the product. If goods are not fit for consumption on receipt of the delivery please contact us immediately. You must NOT consume a product that you believe in not at the right temperature (Over 8 degrees celsius – foods standard agency regulations 852/2004 amended 2006) or is not fit for consumption.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

How long does delivery take?
At checkout you will be able to specify a slot for your delivery. If you are looking at a bespoke plan or sending an order via email, meals arrive within 3 working days unless you have requested otherwise
Do you deliver at weekends?
Yes we have delivery options available at weekends.
Can delivery be staggered as I can’t store all the meals at once?
Please contact us at [email protected] on orders of 20 meals or more to arrange staggered delivery.
How does delivery work?
Your order will be sent chilled in a thermo cool box, not frozen. The medical grade Ice Packs should still be cool to touch (although not necessarily frozen), and the items should also be cool to touch. The typical fridge is set at 2 degrees; the Food Safety Regulations state that meat should be stored at 8 degrees or below. We request the courier to leave the package in a safe place if nobody is present to sign for the package (if you have any specific dates/times you certainly won’t be home please let us know). We recommend that you refrigerate the items on the day you receive them.
Can I track my delivery?
On the morning of your delivery you will receive an SMS text message and email with tracking information.
What if my delivery is damaged when I receive it?
Please notify us at [email protected] on the same day as delivery.
